void snmp_dump(unsigned char * Buf, int BufLen, char *How, struct
in_addr Who);
DESCRIPTION
snmp_dump_packet() sets the boolean value for whether or not
snmp_dump() should do anything to the value of i.
snmp_dump() prints BufLen bytes of Buf, with a header describing where
it is going from/to. The destination machine is Who, and a description
of how the data is moving is passed as How.
snmp_dump_packet(Buf, 15, "Sending", &from)
would result in a header that says
Sending 15 bytes <-> host.in.from:
