NAME
       ovbcopy - General: Copies a byte string with a specified limit

SYNOPSIS
       void ovbcopy(
	       char* *b1,
	       char* *b2,
	       int n );

ARGUMENTS
       Specifies a pointer to a string of bytes. Specifies a pointer to a
       buffer of at least n bytes. Specifies	the number of bytes	to be
       copied.

DESCRIPTION
       The ovbcopy routine copies n bytes from string b1 to buffer b2. No
