NAME
     ncrasm - assemble firmware for NCR 53C8XX SCSI I/O processors

SYNOPSIS
     ncrasm [-cdlt] [-p prefix] input-file

DESCRIPTION
     Ncrasm is used to assemble firmware for the NCR 53C8XX line of SCSI I/O
     processors.

     The following options are available:

     -c	     Generate code segment.

     -d	     Output defines.

     -l	     Output listing.

     -p prefix
	     This is used to prefix a character string on all symbols generat-
	     ed.

     -t	     Output tags.

     The ncrasm utility exits 0 on success, and >0 if an error occurs.
