NAME
mp2res - convert a MacPaint file to an RES file

SYNOPSIS
       mp2res [ -i ] [ -ttop ] [ -bbottom ] [ -ooutputfile ] MacPaintFile

DESCRIPTION
Mp2res will convert a bitmap image from the Apple MacPaint format to
the Xerox RES (Raster Encoding Standard) format. The RES header will
declare the natural resolution of the image to be 72 pixels per inch.

       The following options are understood:

-ttop The number of the first scan line to be output.	Scan lines are
numbered from 0 to 719 (there are 720 scan lines).

       -bbottom
The last scan line to be output.	See above note.

       -ooutputfile
The RES master will be placed in the named file.	If the	option
is omitted, the RES master will be created on the standard oup‐
	      tut.

-i Output an Interpress master instead of an RES file. The picture
will be printed at 72 pixels per inch.
