NAME
libsip - Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) library
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
SIP is a control protocol that can establish, modify, and terminate
multimedia sessions, conferences, such as Internet telephony calls.
Functions in libsip provide interfaces to write SIP components and
applications.

The shared object libsip.so.1 provides the public interfaces defined
below. See Intro(3) for additional information on shared object inter‐
