DESCRIPTION
The kvm_boottime() function fills in the timeval struct referenced by tp
with the time at which the kernel was booted measured in seconds and mi-
croseconds since midnight (0 hour), January 1st, 1970.
RETURN VALUES
The kvm_boottime() function returns zero on success and -1 on failure.
Upon failure kvm_geterr(3) can be used to obtain a string describing the
error.
