NAME
iscntrl - control character test
SYNOPSIS

iscntrl(int c);
DESCRIPTION
The iscntrl() function tests for any control character.
RETURN VALUES
The iscntrl() macro returns zero if the character tests false and returns
non-zero if the character tests true.
