NAME
isascii - test for ASCII character

isascii(int c);
DESCRIPTION
The isascii() function tests for an ASCII character, which is any charac-
ter for which either iscntrl(3) (character codes 000 through 037 and also
including 0177) or isprint(3) (character codes 040 through 0176) is true.
