       hal-is-caller-privileged [options]

DESCRIPTION
hal-is-caller-privileged determines if a specific caller is privileged
for a given PolicyKit action on	given device.	For more information
about both the big picture, HAL and PolicyKit , refer to the HAL spec
(which can be found in /usr/share/doc/hal/spec/hal-spec.html depending
on the distribution) and also the PolicyKit documentation.

exit with exit code 0. Unprivileged callers (e.g. with a non-zero uid)
can only ask about callers/processes that matches their own uid.
