NAME
       ge_disjm_i - If two interval matrices are dijoint.

DESCRIPTION
		    TRUE if A IS_DISJOINT with B
       The  function  GE_DISJM_I checks if two general interval matrices A and
       B are disjoint.	A IS_DISJOINT with B if and only  if  Aij  IS_DISJOINT
       with  Bij  for  some  entry  of A and B. Matrices A and B have the same
       storage format. The routine returns .FALSE.  if M  or  N	 is  equal  to
       zero.

SYNOPSIS
       LOGICAL FUNCTION GE_DISJM_I( A, B )
       INTERVAL, INTENT(IN) :: A(:,:), B(:,:)
	 where
       A and B have shape (M,N).

ARGUMENTS
       A (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION (M,N).
		      Unchanged on exit.
       B (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION (M,N).
		      Unchanged on exit.

ERRORS
       blas_error_alloc
		 A or B is unallocated array

       blas_error_shape
		 shape(A) /= shape(B)
