NAME
       gb_encm_i - If an interval matrix is enclosed in another.

DESCRIPTION
		   TRUE if A IS_ENCLOSED in B
       The function GB_ENCM_I checks if an general band interval matrix A is
       enclosed in another general band interval matrix B.
       A IS_ENCLOSED in B if and only if Aij	IS_ENCLOSED in Bij for all
       entries of A and B. Matrices A and B have the same storage format. The
       routine returns .FALSE.	if M or N is equal to zero or KL is less than
       zero.

SYNOPSIS
       LOGICAL FUNCTION GB_ENCM_I( A, M, KL, B )
       INTERVAL, INTENT(IN) :: A(:,:), B(:,:)
       INTEGER, INTENT(IN)  :: M, KL
	 where
       A and B have shape (L,N).

ARGUMENTS
       A (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION (M,N).
		      Unchanged on exit.
       B (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION (M,N).
		      Unchanged on exit.
       M (input)
		      Number of rows in the source general matrix.
		      Unchanged on exit.
       KL (input)
		      The number of the subdiagonal bands.
		      Unchanged on exit.

ERRORS
       blas_error_alloc
