NAME
       emptyelev_i - Empty entry  and its location.

DESCRIPTION
		     K = index of empty entry or K=-1
       The  routine  EMPTYELEV_I  checks  if  an interval vector X contains an
       empty interval entry. If X contains empty interval  entries,  then  the
       routine	returns	 the  smallest	offset	or  index  K  such  that  Xk =
       [NaN_empty,NaN_empty]. Otherwise, the routine returns -1.


SYNOPSIS
       INTERGER FUNCTION EMPTYELEV_I( X )
       INTERVAL, INTENT(IN)  :: X(:)
	 where
       X has shape (N).

ARGUMENTS
       X (input)
		   Array of DIMENSION N.
		   Unchanged on exit.

ERRORS
       blas_error_alloc
		 X is unallocated array
