     DMstatus dmMPEG1AudioEncoderDestroy(DMMPEG1audioencoder encoder)

PARAMETER
     encoder  DMMPEG1audioencoder structure to be deallocated.	This structure
	      was created by dmMPEG1AudioEncoderCreate(3dm).

RETURNED VALUE
     Returns DM_FAILURE or DM_SUCCESS.

DESCRIPTION
     dmMPEG1AudioEncoderDestroy(3dm) releases encoder's internal buffers and
     data structure.  encoder's value should not be used in any subsequent
     Audio Util Library procedure calls.
