     dmMPEG1AudioDecoderReset - fill decoder internal buffers with zeros.

PARAMETER
     decoder  DMMPEG1audiodecoder structure

RETURN VALUE
     Returns DM_FAILURE or DM_SUCCESS.

DESCRIPTION
     dmMPEG1AudioDecoderReset(3dm) fills the decoder's internal filter buffers
     with zeros. The compression parameter values stored in
     DMMPEG1audiodecoder are unchanged.	 Call this function whenever the
     decoder's input data flow has been interrupted.
