NAME
     dmG722EncoderCreate - allocate new DMG722encoder structure

SYNOPSIS
     #include <dmedia/dm_audioutil.h>

     DMstatus dmG722EncoderCreate(DMG722encoder *encoder, int maxsamples)

PARAMETER
     encoder  DMG722encoder structure to be allocated.

     maxsamples
	     maxmum of the date samples that can be process by
	     dmG722Encode(3dm) in a single call.  The input and output data
	     format for dmG722Encode(3dm) are 16-bit short and 8-bit unsigned
	     char respectively.

RETURNED VALUE
     If successful, function returns a DM_SUCCESS. A DM_FAILURE return value
     indicates an error.

DESCRIPTION
     dmG722EncoderCreate(3dm) allocates and initializes an DMG722encoder
     structure. This structure is then used for dmG722Encode(3dm) routine.
