NAME
     dmColorCreate - creates and initializes the color converter.

SYNOPSIS
     #include <dmedia/dm_color.h>

     DMstatus dmColorCreate (DMcolorconverter *converter);

PARAMETERS
     DMcolorconverter *converter
	  A pointer to the converter to be created.

RETURNED VALUE
     DM_COLOR_ERROR_NONE	  if operation is successful.
     DM_COLOR_ERROR_OUT_OF_MEMORY if insufficient memory is available.

DESCRIPTION
     Creates and initializes the color converter.  This must always be the
     first call on a converter before any other dmColor call is invoked.
     Defaults are automatically set (see dmColor).
