NAME
     dmBufferGetImageType, dmBufferSetImageType - set and get the DMimagetype
     of a DMbuffer

SYNOPSIS
     #include <dmedia/dm_image.h>
     #include <dmedia/dm_buffer.h>

     DMimagetype dmBufferGetImageType(DMbuffer buffer);

     DMstatus dmBufferSetImageType(DMbuffer buffer, DMimagetype type);

DESCRIPTION
     dmBufferGetImageType returns the DMimagetype of buffer.

     dmBufferSetImageType makes type the new DMimagetype of buffer.

     The following are valid values:

     DM_IMAGE_TYPE_INTRA

     DM_IMAGE_TYPE_INTER

     DM_IMAGE_TYPE_BETWEEN

     These values are interpreted by the image converter library to indicate
     whether an image is an intra-frame (a frame that only depends on its own
     data to compress or decompress), an inter-frame (a frame that depends on
     both its own data and data from a previous frame), or a between-frame (a
     frame that depends on data from multiple frames).
