dlpi_set_physaddDataLLink Provider Interface Library Fdlpi_set_physaddr(3DLPI)

NAME
       dlpi_set_physaddr - set physical address using DLPI

SYNOPSIS
       cc [ flag... ] file... -ldlpi [ library... ]
       #include <libdlpi.h>

       int dlpi_set_physaddr(dlpi_handle_t dh, uint_t type,
	    const void *addrp, size_t *addrlen);

DESCRIPTION
       The dlpi_set_physaddr() function sets the physical address via DLPI
       handle dh associated with the DLPI link	instance. Upon success, the
       physical address is set to addrp with a length of addrlen bytes.

       In this release, type must be set to DL_CURR_PHYS_ADDR, which sets the
       current physical address.

RETURN VALUES
       Upon success, DLPI_SUCCESS is returned. If DL_SYSERR is returned, errno
       contains the specific UNIX system error value. Otherwise, a DLPI error
       value defined in <sys/dlpi.h> or an error value listed in the following
       section is returned.

ERRORS
       DLPI_EBADMSG	 Bad DLPI message

       DLPI_EINHANDLE	 Invalid DLPI handle

       DLPI_EINVAL	 Invalid argument

       DLPI_ETIMEDOUT	 DLPI operation timed out
