NAME
       cxIsFsNodeLocal - Returns whether or not the node is stored locally.

SYNOPSIS
       #include <comprex.h>

       char cxIsFsNodeLocal(CxFsNode *node);

PARAMETERS
       node   The node.

DESCRIPTION
       Returns whether or not the node is stored locally.

       If  the	node  is located online, or within an archive, this will be 0.
       Otherwise, this will be 1.

RETURNS
       Nothing.
