cmsFreeTagValue - free tag value data

DESCRIPTION
This routine frees tag data returned by cmsGetTag and
cmsNextTagIteration. name is the name of the tag the data is associated
with. This tells the color managment system what type of data is to be
freed. Changes only affect the in-memory version of the profile, until a
call to either cmsSaveProfile or cmsSaveProfileAs is made.
