       clear - clear terminal screen

SYNOPSIS
       clear

DESCRIPTION
       Clear  clears  your  screen  if	this  is  possible.   It  looks in the
       environment for the terminal type and then in  /etc/termcap  to	figure
       out how to clear the screen.
