NAME
chord2html - Convert CHORD files to HTML

SYNOPSIS
       chord2html [-d dirname] [-h] [-l] [-n] [-o filename] [-q] [-s filename]
       [-T format] [-t] [-V] [-v] input_file

DESCRIPTION
chord2html converts CHORD input files (the .chopro files in OLGA) to
HTML formatted files. The HTML files are similar to the PostScript doc‐
uments produced by CHORD; chord2html reads a text file containing the
lyrics and chords of a song to produce a page with chord names above
the words and a graphical representation of the chords at the end of
       the song.

OPTIONS
       -d dirname
Set the directory where chord images will be stored. If the direc‐
tory doesn't exist, it will be created. The default is the current
	   directory.

-h Show a brief description of the available command line options.

       -l Print lyrics only.

-n Don't overwrite chord image files that already exist.

       -o filename
Set the output filename. If not specified, the output will be writ‐
	   ten in stdout.

-q Quiet mode (don't print warnings).

       -s filename
Set a cascading style sheet file name. If not specified,
	   "chord2html.css" will be used.

       -T format
Set the image format for the generated chord grids. Valid formats
are gif for Graphic Interchange Format (GIF) images and png for
Portable Network Graphics (PNG) images. If not specified, PNG
	   images will be generated.

-t Add a timestamp line at the end of the generated page.

-V Print the version number and exit.

       -v Run in verbose mode.

BUGS
Multi-song chopro files are not correctly parsed.

NOTES
The HTML file generated by chord2html uses tables to align chord names
and words using proportional fonts, so it will not work with text
browsers that don't handle tables (it works fine with recent versions
       of lynx).
