NAME
       blkclr - General: Zero a block of memory

SYNOPSIS
       void blkclr(
	       char*b1,
	       unsigned int n );

ARGUMENTS
       Specifies  a  pointer  to  a string of at least n bytes.	 Specifies the
       number of bytes to be zeroed.

DESCRIPTION
       The blkclr routine zeros n bytes of memory  beginning  at  the  address
       specified by b1.

RETURN VALUES
       None
