NAME
sigaction - specify action to be taken upon delivery of a signal

       signal - modify signal handers

LIB$FIXUP_FLT - Fix floating reserved operative

       LIB$FLT_UNDER - Floating-point underflow detection

EXPLAINATION
The Digital UNIX sigaction system call is	similar to the OpenVMS
LIB$FIXUP_FLT runtime library routine. The sigaction system call
allows the calling program to install a signal hander for floating
point exceptions upon receipt of the SIGFPE signal. The SIGFPE	signal
occurs upon a	floating point exception such as a divide by zero or
       underflow.
