       FcMatrixScale - Scale a matrix

SYNOPSIS

       void FcMatrixScale(FcMatrix *matrix);
       (double sx);
       (double dy);

DESCRIPTION
       FcMatrixScale multiplies matrix x values by sx and y values by sy. This
       is done by multiplying by the matrix:

	  sx  0
	  0   sy
