NAME
       FcMatrixRotate - Rotate a matrix

SYNOPSIS
       #include <fontconfig.h>

       void  FcMatrixRotate  (FcMatrix	*matrix,  doublecos, dou-
       blesin);

DESCRIPTION
       FcMatrixRotate rotates matrix by the angle who's	 sine  is
       sin and cosine is cos.  This is done by multiplying by the
       matrix:

	 cos -sin
	 sin  cos
