       This is the base class for DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader::Base classes
       for DBI-based storage backends, and implements the common functionality
       between them.

METHODS
   new
       Overlays "new" in DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader::Base to do some DBI-
       specific things.

   load
       We override "load" in DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader::Base here to hook in
       our localized settings for $dbh error handling.
