SYNOPSIS
	Build a Profile factory
	# $paramfile is the full path to the seg binary file

	my $factory = Bio::Tools::Run::Profile->new($param);

	# Pass the factory a Bio::PrimarySeqI object
	# @feats is an array of Bio::SeqFeature::Generic objects
