NAME
       Bio::AlignIO::psi - Read/Write PSI-BLAST profile alignment files

SYNOPSIS
       This module will parse PSI-BLAST output of the format seqid XXXX

DESCRIPTION
       This is a parser for psi-blast blocks.

	Function: returns the next alignment in the stream
