[openssl-vms] release 1.0.1k and 1.0.0p binaries

Hi,

Binaries for Alpha, IA64 and VAX for both 32 and 64 bit pointer size
are available at http://www.polarhome.com/openssl/ and  
ftp://ftp.polarhome.com/pub/openssl/

Current release in 1.0.1 branch is 1.0.1k (status: TESTED - download ready )
Binary Version Information (The version looks very similar on other  
platforms and other pointer size too)

built on: 12-JAN-2015 10:43:23.01
platform: VMS IA64_64 V8.4
options:  bn(64,64) rc4(ptr,int) des(ptr,risc1,16,long) idea(int)

Please note, the original release does not build on OpenVMS.
These builds are built using stable-SNAP-20150109 (this is the reason  
for the strange version information) and the additionally submitted  
patch http://www.mail-archive.com/openssl-dev@openssl.org/msg37822.html

To rebuild, use the provided code or patch the original release from  
openssl.org
