Hi,
I am the SuSE admin. I am assuming you are referring to my server. Kdevelop is simply a frontend to gcc, which is already installed. I have never heard of this Allegro, so I am looking into it now.

Allegro is not anywhere in the YaST repository. Let me manually find one.
