How to contact support

I've been trying to open a shell account here for about two months. Initially I guess my request went nowhere because I hadn't created a template account first. Now I've done that and sent a paypal, but my emails to the "support" email address are going undelivered. I sent the form by web fax but haven't heard anything from that either. Any other contact info I'm missing, other than postal mail?
